Meet the Team

Owner of Kidlandlee, Matthew plays a huge part in keeping us up and running from managing the maintenance and keeping a check on our off-grid systems to being the mower king, you’ll no doubt see him out and about!

Creator of Kidlandlee, Terri has now taken a backseat and enjoying a slower pace of life; looking after family and studying her Classics degree but still part of the Kidlandlee family and keeping us all looked after!

Managing Kidlandlee with her cocker spaniel Osha, you’ll see her out and about or working hard in the office to ensure the business runs smoothly and all our lovely guests are looked after!

Mark has been with us now for over 10 years and very handy indeed. Working hard behind the scenes from fixing shelves to building new projects!

Having been with us from the very beginning, Kathy is our Kidlandlee diamond. From cleaning to ironing and everything in-between, Kathy always helps with that lovely smile wherever she goes!

You will see her flying around on Berty, Charlotte is a key member of the team. From topping up our products to cross-checking the cottages, we’d be lost without her!

Brenda is a huge helping hand in both our cottage cleans and laundry duties, pillowcases being her favourite!

The lovely Diane adds a bit of dazzle and glam to the team. Always happy to help and a fab part of our team!

Landing in her camper van, Carole is a lovely addition to our team with her love for life and energy, brings that big smile and team effort!

Joining us in 2025, Laura adds a bit of love and care to the team. Always with a happy good morning to a whirlwind with the cleaning!

Our newest recruit, Liv brings fresh vibes to the team. She keeps us all going with her baked goodies and is a great addition, helping us keep our cottages clean and shining!

Maddie helps during the peak season, jumping on when needed to help clean and keeps those fires clean and sparkling!
