Short breaks of at least 3 nights are priced at two thirds of the weekly rate. The extra night rate is £32.00 for Chaffinch and £35.00 for Dipper. These breaks can only be booked within 3 weeks of the start date.
CHAFFINCH has two double bedrooms (double and twin), large lounge/dining room, kitchen and bathroom with over-bath power shower.
DIPPER has two double bedrooms (double and twin), large lounge/dining room, second reception with doors to patio area, and two bathrooms, one wet-room with power shower.

HIKE AND BIKE SPECIALS
Kidlandlee is perfectly located for walkers and cyclists. At 1250 feet, and within a few minutes of Clennel Street, you are well on your way to the Border Ridge and Pennine Way to the north, or down to Alwinton, Coquetdale and the Pennine Cycle Way to the south. In the immediate area there is plenty of scope for circular routes taking in both the hills and the valleys of the rivers and burns feeding the Coquet. There are also numerous archaeological sites scattered over the locality.
As well as the standard rates and short break deals, there are special short-notice offers tailored to walkers and cyclists, October - April inclusive, enabling you to book on a per night basis, except Friday/Saturday:
- Bookings taken up to two weeks in advance
- Sleeping bag, liner, pillow and towel provided
- Groceries for breakfast, evening meal and packed lunch supplied to order (at time of booking) for an extra charge
- Minimum 2 night stay Friday and Saturday
