The Cottages
Dipper and Chaffinch are single-storey attached two bedroom cottages, each sleeping up to four. They can be booked together for a larger party.

Parking is adjacent to each cottage with level access at the entrance and throughout and both cottages have both bath and shower facilities. Dipper has a separate toilet and shower, which is equipped for less able guests.

Comfortably equipped for walkers and cyclists with ample drying facilities for wet gear and bike storage, the cottages have woodburning stoves and central heating, making an ideal year-round retreat for guests wanting a short break. Both have a patio area with barbecue.

Grass livery is available at an extra charge for riders wanting to bring their own horses.

What’s included
Linen and towels are provided in both cottages, and a ‘starter’ grocery pack including local Northumbrian produce can be provided on request for an extra charge.

The cottages have wind- and solar-powered electricity with a generator back-up if needed.
There is a private water supply and cooking is by gas. Please note that both cottages are non-smoking, and one well-behaved dog is welcome.
